The organizing Committee of the AJSAE 2026 provides the early registration fee until July 31, 2026 August 7, 2026 for the participants. All persons wishing to attend the Conference are kindly requested to register online through the conference registration system. When the full paper will be submitted, one author(or a co-author) per a paper should register at least.

Companions may not attend the banquet without valid tickets.
In the case of multi-authored papers, at least one author must register in Author Registration for the paper to be considered for presentation at the conference by by August 7, 2026. Other authors may register in Participant Registration (General Participant Registration or Student Participant Registration).

1. Credit Card Online Payment
– Payment by credit card is available only through the online procedure.
2. Bank Wire Transfer
– All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
– Sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
– A scanned copy of the bank remittance receipt should be emailed to the congress secretariat (sase@sase.or.kr)
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (sase@sase.or.kr).
Refunds are NOT available from August 12, 2026.
